Running head: LEADERSHIP THEORIES leading Theories MGT 380 The Nature of Leadership I am currently served in the Air staff office as a flight attraction for Field develop legal separation (FTD), Detachment 17 and we atomic subprogram 18 F-16 aircraft maintenance instructors. Our flight has 6 instructors with wide ranges of acquisition level and teaches difference aircraft systems. Although there are several theories that we can looks at, first I have selected two leadership theories to include trait surmisal, and diversity leadership.
